2mb Uncapped package is slow as

Hello

I received my Modem on the 1st of August 2013 and got connected right away.

After on 15-16 days of use i was throttled, please provide reason for this, i am very disappointing with mweb, it was my 1st ever ISP and i feel they've just cut our relationship short.
