RENEWED A CONTRACT I DID NOT WANTED

Hi, I am shocked about the response I got from Virgin Mobile. As you can see my previous complaint, it was also about Virgin.

Well, today is not any different. I have cancelled my contract with Virgin after two years, one of the reasons were our reception is very bad and I had no option to change it and also the contract I had for the past year did not exist anymore. So I decided to go over to CellC. The day when my phone was paired, I asked them why they have deducted an amount of R498.00 on the 25/7/2013 because I am only billed for the last few months R99.00 per month. The lady, Sisi told me, I have renewed my contract and I have received a phone... Then I asked her if she could check with the shipping dept. She told me the Shipping department has confirmed that the phone has never left... I asked her to refund me with R498.00 . She told me to "cut all loose ends" with Virgin and to move on. Sorry I don't have that kind of money to loose for someones big mistake. Please help. They have disconnected me and luckily I have paired on the 9th of August with CellC. Sisi told me there will be no record what so ever to confirm I was with Virgin... Please help!
