MTN Data Services NOT SUPPORTING

Its been 2 weeks now since a call was logged for my Data connection that keeps disconnecting. every time I phone they just reset my line then it works for and hour then once again the issue will arise. call reference 6907383. I was told by Martin that my connection times out with the tower and they need to investigate. Nothing has been done about this. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting and if this continues I will NOT renew my contract with MTN. This has gone on long enough without any resolution or any indication of a resolution. I'm not the only user experiencing this issue with MTN in my neighborhood.
