Three weeks ago I reported on line and later to the Tableview branch that me modem was not working. I was advised to buy more data only later to find out that my sim was cancelled without explanation. Because they could not sort out the issue it was decided that the balance of the data will be refunded. This was after a new sim was issued but they could not transfer the balance of the data to the new sim. I'm also waiting to hear from Telkom Mobile in connection with the signal that have gone from 3G to lucky to get a signal as I still have 8ta sim with data for my iPad.
