I have been struggling with this issue with Cell C for a year or so now! dont you think that this is disgusting services, Cell C! I am paying for an excellent service but i receive half or poor service.

From 16h30 to around 00h00 or so, my data connection is lost and i think this is appalling!!! I cannot receive calls at all yet my phone is on and I cannot connect to the internet, applications etc!!!

I have completed all the necessary technical forms 2 x now but no improvement has been noted! see below from Cell C:

With regards to your query, the issue can be poor data throughput from the tower that is feeding your signal or poor bandwidth as the area has a lot of data traffic. However we can have this issue looked at by the planning and optimizations team. Please complete the attached document and forward it to us so we can get a case logged for you to the above mentioned team.
