I telephoned Vodacom Call Centre on 8 May 2013 advising that I wish to cancel my contract as I was in financial difficulty and had been employed for almost a year.
Obviously Vodacom pay no regard to a persons precarious circumstances and refused cancellation. I was forced to continue until the last day of the 2nd year of the contract.
Despite having requested cancellation, they migrated my account to prepaid!!!
When I spoke to the said person, she even asked that I phone on 9th August to ensure that same had been cancelled. So much for believing in their own systems.
Nobody even bothered to advise they would be migrating to prepaid. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT THIS MEANS.
don't TELL ME IT MEANS I NEED TO BUY PREPAID AIRTIME. Any knows that.
I want to know how this effects me from a charges etc point of view!!! If I am not happy with the reply, I want this discontinued AS I ORIGINALLY REQUESTED!!! Cant you dam well understand a simple instruction!!!
