Earlier this week the phone I got as an upgrade had a hardware problem. After being pushed around from pillar to post Marilyn at the MTN walk-in centre in Allandale and especially Mpho at the Greenstone store helped identify the problem and arranged that the phone was exchanged. These two ladies really went out of their way to help and their professional and friendly assistance has really been a welcome change! Thank you very much.
