Vodacom insurance not our problem

Vodacom is quite happy to sell you their insurance but when it comes time to upgrade they don't advise you to increase your insurance product to match the phone they have sold you.
It is very simple for the person dealing with the upgrade to simply suggest the appropriate insurance and email you the required form to increase your insurance to match the product.
They have it all there in front of them on a computer screen.
I have been in long discussions with people at vodacom's customer care division and they all say it is not them it is cellsure,
I don't care if it is cellsure. ultimately we buy the insurance from our broker (read Vodacom).
When we look at the invoice it doesn't say cellsure on the top? it says Vodacom.
Simply put vodacom care so little about their brand that they simply pass the responsibility onto cellsure who actually don't give a either.
My wife and I feel that if they don't want to replace her phone they should not expect us to stick around as customers whatever "special offers" or "value added services" they may have in the future.
