I took a Galaxy Note on contract on the 2nd of August. I got home and to my disappointment I was unable to use my tablet because I had an inactive sim. I went back to the store and was told that it was an IT error and a call was logged to repair this. I waited until Thursday the 8th and was told that my sim was now active. I restarted my tab and the sim was still not working. I phoned the call centre on the 10th and the agent said that a sim swap was to be done as I had the incorrect sim. I went back to the store on Tuesday the 13th and had a sim swap done. I got home and finally my sim was working, only to be faced with another problem. The sim had no data. I called the store on Wednesday the 14th, the lady called the head office and was told I needed to wait 24hrs. 24hrs later there was still no data, I called the store again and apparently it's a 48hr turnaround time. Its now the 17th and there is still no data on my sim. Half a month has passed and I have not been able to use my tab. I need this matter to be resolved immediately or I will have no choice but to return the tab irrespective of your 7day policy and take my contract elsewhere.
