Cant get through to MTN customer call centre

People calling my number are often told that my number no longer exists. To try and fix the problem, I have tried to call the customer centre (0831808), but get stuck in a loop asking if the query is about the phone number I am calling from. Calling from a different number does not help either! I have tried sending an email and even have a reference number (two weeks ago!) but still the situation persists and nobody has contacted me. Tried the call centre again today - same problem!
Will somebody please contact me about my problem and GET YOUR CALL CENTRE FIXED!
