I opened a contract for a SONY XPERIA Z Tablet at a MTN store in The Glen. My application was approved and I received the tablet after 3 days. I took the tablet home and to my surprise it was not connecting to the network. I went back to the store the next day only to find that the sim card was not RICA'ed and I was told that the sim card will be ready in 24hrs. I went home then 24hrs later the thing still wasnt working. I went to the store and I was told to check in 2hrs it will be working. I went home and it still didn't work. I went to the store and they managed to get it to work, when I left the mall the tablet dropped the network. I had to keep on searching for the network and as soon as the tablet connected to the network it would instantly drop the network and display "No Service". By then I was furious and decided to cancel the contract as I felt I will not be able to use the tablet in the comfort of my home. I then emailed the store and notified them of my intention to cancel the contract. I didn't receive feedback and then decided to go to the store, on my arrival I was given the most pathetic service ever, I was handed the cancellation form and I completed it and I was t
