Bad attitudes, empty promises and poor service

In December 2011, I upgraded my contract to the BlackBerry 9900 package which came HIGHLY recommended by Vodacom. In September 2012 the phone started giving me problems and I was told to book it in. I was then given a refurbished phone - 2nd phone on same contract. In Feb/March 2013 the 2nd phone started giving me the same problems. I was told to book it in and contacted the call centre for further information. I was told the query would be sent to them as I asked whether my upgrade could be brought forward or an alternative could be found. They needed to confirm the repair was due to malfunction not improper care. I booked it in at Cresta and the staff were very rude. I commented that the phone did not live up to its promised reputation and was told I know nothing about phones and it is a brilliant phone. I was then contacted to fetch the phone and given another refurbished phone - 3rd phone. I still haven't heard from anyone regarding my request about an early upgrade or alternative as the problem with the phone model. The phone spends more time in repairs than it does working. I have been a customer for many years and would appreciate the feedback from someone.
