After several months of complaining about the billing departments terrible accounting, asking repeatedly for a hard copy of my contract and a full recon of the account; I am at my wits end.
I am billed differently each month and never according to the contract I agreed on. I have no idea what the Virgin accounts staff are doing and I doubt they know either.
After another three days of talking to call centre staff, I have now been sent various other people's accounts and I still have no idea what my account is.
I have now refused to pay the account until this nonsense is sorted out. I would really appreciate someone from Virgin who can recon the account properly to get back to me. Otherwise I'm handing everything to my attorney
