Service varies from 3G to EDGE to no connection

I purchased a 100GB prepaid Cell C data package in March. For the last month, in particular, the connection speed has been terrible. There were days that I have had no connection whatsoever and had to revert back to by 8ta simcard. Also, I requested an unrestricted APN a few months ago, to be able to connect to my company's VPN. After numerous calls to the technical support team, the system is still not working properly. Again, I had to revert back to my 8ta simcard. I would like a refund for the data left on my simcard, since I am not getting the quality service that I paid for.
