I have been paying R322 for my contract for the last 2 years, every since Virgin Mobile went over and had a downtime in May my account has doubled & the answers I get from the billing team is that I use my phone more. Seriously... there is something really wrong with the billing system and I am suddenly paying something called Package subscription of R263.16 per month? Before I never paid that and could not see it on my account? And now I get a sms to say they cutting my account due to non payment... SERIOUSLY cut it and i'll prove to them they have a system problem!!! I am so fed up with Virgin Mobile, I will definately not recommend them to anyone or renew my contract, co's there service is rediculous & there call centre agents just think they know it all.
