Virgin did it again!

It seems as Virgin just cannot get their accounts sorted out. Even after complaining about them not cancelling my contract when they should and the debit that goes off every month, they still have not fixed it. The last 2 months they had to pass credit for their mistakes and they credited the account again yesterday. I want the R524.00 reversed today, not tomorrow or next week, today!
