We have a problem with our account and we are not getting any feedback from Virgin. Phoned numerous times, with a promise that accounts department would contact us to sort out. We e-mailed customer care reporting the problem and still no response. Payments are being deducted from our account. We are tired of this and want answers as to why we are being charged for unnecessary amounts? We want account sorted out immediately, but it seems as though Virgin Mobile is just not interested in doing this.
