2 weeks to wait a response for a staff error!!!

ON THE 28/07/2013 I CALLED CELL C TO FIND OUT WHICH BLACKBERRY SERVICE MUST I USE SINCE I BOUGHT A NEW BLACKBERRY. BUT NOT KNOWING THAT THE CONSULTANT THAT LOADED MY BIS OVER THE PHONE DIDNT DO IT CORRECTLY. SO I CALLED IN AGAINTO COMPLAIN, THEY GAVE ME A CASE NUMBER AND ONE WEEK LATER THEY WERE STILL BUSY WITH IT... WELL THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD. THEN I CALL BACK TODAY THEY TELL ME THAT THE CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED, NO ONE INFORMED ME ANYTHING. EVERYTIME I CALLED THE GAVE ME SOME EXCUSE. YOUR'LL WANT TO BE THE BEST SERVICE PROVIDER BUT YOUR'LL CAN NOT SORT OUT SIMPLE THINGS LIKE STAFF ERRORS. WHAT A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE TO KNOW THAT IM STILL WITH YOUR'LL.
