I have no logged 2 compliants with you guys!!!
i am getting fed up and going to take this matter further now!!!
i asked to have my line disconnected last month in august as i was moving.
i now get an email 1 month later saying i must fax my query to them??? this is not on.
i will not pay for august account as it was meant to be cancelled by then!!
can sopmeone has the deasency to call me or email me back today so i know whats going on???
i have been a valid customer all my life with you and the minute something happens there is always a problem to solve it!!!
i am very dissapointed in the service i am receiving and i do not think it is fair on me!!!
