Unable to supply advertised deal

MTN has all the Apple iPads listed in their 1 Aug - 15 Aug deals, on various contract packages. I attempted to take out a contract for a black 64GB iPad 4 on the 500MB contract on 11 August 2013. I was told that stock was not immediately available, and would take about 3 days to order, which I thought was acceptable. MTN then cancelled the order several times due to stock issues, then was unable to fufill a special order placed by the Woodmead MTN SP store. I was told today that there is now no stock available and no ETA for new stock. In terms of the CPA, MTN must have stock of all goods advertised or notify the customer timeously if they are unable to provide goods - and then only due to situations outside their control. In this case, they did not meet their obligations in terms of the CPA. I must note that the manager at MTN SP Woodmead has been helpful, and the issue seems to with MTN themselves not provisioning stock for the deals they are advertising. I'm sure there is stock available from the SA Apple suppliers (as other companies are able to supply) so MTN should immediately procure additional stock irrespective of additional cost to them and honour their advertisement.
