On 15/08/2013, I visited MTN Clearwater branch (opposite clicks) for a sim-swap, having an employer-issued letter & my ID. I was asked for my director's ID which I didn't have (cutting the story due to space), after a long disagreement based on my 2 previous service requests (Jan 7 & Mar/ Apr) for the same with Sli Ndlovu having the same docs, Rosina said the policy had changed in Feb & when I sd again in Mar/ Apr she sd the policy changed in May.

She proceeded to give me an MTN internal form to complete (still in my possession), as I completed the form I realised that it must be completed by the consultant & told her such, she took it back. Again she asked me to provide my director's ID number though I had said earlier that I do not have my manager's ID. She then sd that my request gets completed by managers when they are made after 18h00 so it will be processed the next day (today16th) when the manager is around & that I must pay & she will call me today when it's processed. I refused to make a payment without being serviced & she said I must leave all the documents & come back today. She gave me the forms though I'll still not make 6pm & asked me to come back to which I sd no
