Horrible service

Once again bad service from Planet fitness, after switching from Viatality to Multiply in December I realised that my forms where not processed and I was asked to fill another form, still not processed finally filled another form with Sandra Ndlovu and up to today after two months nothing has been done.what is sad is that i realised all of this in Jan when I couldnt be allowed to the gym because I am owing. I should admit that by now with my constant visit to the gym to get this sorted out didnt yield any results (I should admit that I feel the guys at the reception are annoyed when they see me coming). I was told that the admin manager had resigned without notice which I cleary feel its none of my business.two things that me off are:
1.For a query to go for this long while I cannot go to the gym
2 The level of accountability from Planet fitness. While my duty is to pay, theirs is to give me a world class service which I gave up on it. otherwise I feel stuck with planet fitness if it wasn't because of the contract I will go next door.
