And still heard nothing from MTN!

This is getting really ridiculous, the last complaint that I made (3 WEEKS AGO), a no named person from mtn responded to my hellopeter complaint to say that there will be a speedy resolution, well...
I'm still waiting for this so called, "speedy resolution" 3 weeks later!!! No-one at all has contacted me from MTN and they have now officially made me another anti-MTN customer, In the many years Ive been with MTN they have just given constant headaches! Not anymore, If you are looking for an excellent service provider with excellent service then I DO NOT recommend MTN, I've been with Vodacom and they are very good, No problems at all..
MTN are ridiculous!
