My husband has always been an fnb client for many years and 2 years ago convinced me to move all my accounts over to fnb as well, so that when the time came for a home loan we would have a great record by fnb... but of course that did not happen, firstly fnb took 18 days to give us a AIP (85%) which was ridiculous, and till today I have heard nothing back from them regarding a final grant... I will be closing all my investment accounts with FNB, because they are not a bank I wanna invest in anymore... I dont want a reply or any pathetic excuses, my mind is made up, because I am still waiting on responses from Vuyelwa Sibutha Ref.265384 from my husbands complaint of fnb 2 weeks ago... Nedbank that doesnt know me because I have no accounts by them but still offered me a 100% bond on a good rate and I accepted it... I will not be praising fnb any longer... Im officially done!!
