I have been left in limbo, after tentative talks at negotiations with the branch manager and service centre manager of Vodacom. Whilst my complaint is acknowledged and seemingly understood (in terms of non disclosure) and the customer service quality which leaves much to be desired, I am still awaiting any reasonable attempt at resolution of my case. After hours of time lost, productivity negatively affected and several swopped "refurbished units " passed down to me, I am disappointed at the level of complacency around reaching a speedy resolution for customer satisfaction. My own attempts to reach closure on this issue has been constantly thwarted with " procedural technicalities " used as an excuse to merely pass on the buck. Definitely not experiencing a world of smiles from my current predicament experience. Still awaiting feedback / response from the personnel handling customer resolution issues.
