Cell C
Poor service and bad attitude

I went to the cell C store to take out 2 new contracts and had all the necessary documents. The sales person at the store was very slow to help and showed no interest. After 1 hour I still did not recieve application forms. I had to request them. As I am a cell c customer i expected the process to be quick but left the store frustrated and was told that he would call me tomorrow morning. I have been a cell c customer for 15 years now and over the years have become more frustrated with the service i recieve.
