No reason for not giving me a cell phone contract

I enter the Cell C store in Pavillion Shopping Centre last week Sunday to obtain the new Samsung Galaxy S4.When I entered the store it was in a state of chaos, there were no designated areas for queueing nor did it have any areas to speak to their consultants. Customers were all over the store and no one knew where to queue. I had all the required documents to obtain a new cell phone contract (ID, Proof of address, 3 month bank statement and Payslip). I handed over all the required documents to the consultant for processing. This took an hour but I kept my cool. After the hour had passed he comes back to me to say that he cannot process the contract for some reason which I did not understand nor could he explain to me the reason thereof. I earn quite a substantial salary and would qualify for any contract that any cell phone outlet offered. Therefore the approval of credit could have not been a problem. I then asked to speak to the Manager... as I was baffled as to why my application could not be processed. The Manager approaches and I tell her my problem. She says one line " there is nothing I can do" and she walks away. Which frustrated the out of me. No customer service at all!
