Poor service! Can`t even fix simple problems

Last night I was having problems activating my BIS, when eventually my husband got it activated, but on the wrong option-BB10 (the display had changed). My EDGE is obviously not working. This morning I called the call centre, after being cut off twice after holding for 5min each time, I spoke to a lady and asked her wether it could just be switched over to the correct option. She then said that she could do it, but that she was not able to refund me the R57 I had already paid, and that another R57 would be deducted!!! I honestly think that after being in business for so long, that you still haven't figured out how to rectify this problem, is pathetic!!!? I also called Cell C 2 days ago with regards to my EDGE which had gone off a day earlier than normal and I had only had it 29 days, I therefore didnt have airtime or EDGE to contact anyone if I was in trouble. No-yone has come back to me with regards to that complaint either. Lastly I recieved an sms that stated that users would only get 2GIG usage per month from the 19th of August, but when I check my balance it tells me that I have a 1023MB data, how is this possible if this system is not even in place yet?! Please sort this out.
