I have upgraded my expired contract with vodacom to buy the new samsung galaxy s4. I had the phone for about a month and it needed to go in for repairs and the phone was faulty. I was told if I wanted to have all my stuff on the phone saved I needed to pay an amount of R70 for a back up.

On the 6th of august my phone was booked in and money was paid. I received it back repaired but my backed up stuff on my phone was not loaded. I then requested them to load it and they gave me an excuse of the file being corrupted. They said they would call me with regards to this and not once have i never received a call from them since. I walk approximately 5kms a day going to the branch to query this problem and they have not helped me. They have not refunded me or fixed the problem as I asked. Its a real waste of time and money and I will never advise anyone to go to the DU TOIT street branch repair centre. Vodacom has really been a headache and I now regret ever taking a contract with them
