Telkom taking my money and giving me no service!!

They are from everyone in Kraaifontein. We pay for 4mb or 1mb lines but we are receiving no service!!
What do i mean with no service? well see doing a speedtest we get latencies of 600ms to servers in capetown to which it used to be sub 20 .. on my 4mb line it used to be 8ms but last night it was 1500ms. I cant open a website i cant check facebook i cant play games (which is why i got the line in the first place)

When phoning them they have no knowledge about it, after 3 months of struggling i finally got an answer saying that they have planned an upgrade to our exchange at the end of October 2013 which was at that point 3 months away but they also said that it was an estimate and not a definitive date!! As we all know telkom that wont happen.

And above all the non service we are getting they are still pocketing our money very happily, taking my R550 for a 4mb line but supplying me with a line (tested more than 40 times) running at 0.31 download and 0.12 upload (those are avg) latency of 600ms

How do they expect us to keep paying? I want my money back for the last 3 months cause that line is unusable.

others in my area started complaining aswell on facebook!!
