STILL NOT FIXED!! 6 months late

They keep making empty promises!! They promised me 2 months ago that middle September they will fix my line (Exchange is broken so they had to fix the exchange) so i kept quiet cause they gave me a date .. a second one mind you. Middle September has come and gone and the line is even worse than it was before and still they dont care about us!!

Where is the love telkom? this is rediculous its not only be that is affected by this everyone in Kraaifontein area is affected by it. I refuse to keep paying them for a service that i am not receiving!! i have latency of 1200ms to local servers hosted by telkom and my download speed on a 4mb line is 0.61 mb. I have read that they will be upgrading all 4mb lines to 10mb lines for the same price but .. FIX OUR LINE its all i ask .. i pour money into this bottomless pit called telkom for nothing .. they dont fix it they just take your money!!

i am no longer paying them for a service i am not getting cause that is!!!
