5 months of paying and no results

As of October 2012 my internet has not been what it was. I have patiently waited for 5 months and all I get from Telkom technicians is that there are upgrades in progress. There is no estimate of when these would be done. All i use my line for is playing games and the instability of the line is making me want to cry from the frustration.

Each person from Telkom that I have spoken to can not help me at all. I had to stop playing games that I pay to play for the sake of wasting money. I have upgraded and down graded but there seems to be no end to the problem. As of yesterday night I can not even play the simplest of things to entertain myself.

I have tried other ISP's and routers but the problem is not on my side at all.
There is nothing else I can do...
