COMPLETELY INCOMPETANT SERVICE

I have had no joy with MTN, my service was shocking..

I was told to confirm my complaint over email, which i did. The customer care person was incompetant and didnt process my request to insure my phone! i requested formally for my phone to be insured. No one did so, and ofcourse no one is taking responsibilty. I have been waiting for feedback and no one has bothered to assist me.
