Bad Customer Service - hang up the phone, no assis

Am so disappointed in today's days that there are still people who are placed in call centres to assist us and yet we struggle to get help from them. I called JD Financials this morning, wanted to alert them that my account has been paid off they should remove the debit order from running next month. To my astonishment Zanele (the lady I spoke to) asks me to call them back in an hours time or do, it's month end we running for deadlines/ month end cut offs like any other Financial business industry/units. She tried to transfer me to some other dptm, but the phone just went off. This is inconviniencing for me. I'm expecting them to come back to me at their convinient time, if they are unable to assist me at the time that I called them. They shouldn't be asking me to come back to them. I need this sorted urgently as I do not wish to have a bad experience come month end. IT is vitally important to "Treat Customers Fairly" at all times.
