LAST NIGHT I CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE TO ASSIST ME TO SET UP MY BROWSER CONFIGURATION SERVICE BOOK AS I REGISTERED ON BIS, I WAS TRANSFERED TO TECHNICAL DEPT. BUT WAS CUT OFF BEFORE I COULD SPEAK TO ANYONE, I THEN CALL BACK SPOKE TO WADE TO DIRECT MY CALL TO THE CHOSEN DEPT. I SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMAN TO ADVISED ME THAT THE BB 9530 STORM IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH CELL C, AND ASK HIM WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW AS I HAVE PAID R57 AND I WONT BE ABLE TO USED IT, HE THEN SAID I CAN LOGGED THIS QUERY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REIMBURSE THAT MONEY ONTO MY CARD, HE THEN DIRECT ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT ANS I SPOKE WITH MILLICENT WHO ADVISE ME THAT THE MONEY WILL NOT BE PAID BACK AS THEY ARE NOT SO ADVANCE, TO DO THAT TRANSACTION.THAT GOT ME REALLY OFF AS I WILL NOT BE USING THE SERVICE WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T USED AND WAS TOLD THAT A LOT OF CUSTOMERS HAS EXPERIENCE SIMILAR PROBLEMS AND THEY HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE SERVICE EXPIRE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IS MY LOSS. AS A CUSTOMER I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO HEAR THIS AND SHE SAID HER SUPERVISOR WILL CALL ME BACK WITHIN 15 MIN WHICH NEVER HAPPENS .IS THIS HOW CELL C TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER'S THIS IS TRULY DISGUSTING.
