HERE IS MY STORY

Towards the end of July I did a sim swop from a BB to a S3 and this when all broke loose. The S3 is using a lot of data so yes i up my limit and it run out before i have used the phone. So I phone customer services and no joy so in the end I went into the Pinetown Branch and that is where i find out that C Cell is charging me R1.75 a meg and not 99c has advises. The Consultant said it will take 3 to 5 working days to do a investigation into the high rate but now it has been 2 weeks with not even a phone call to tell me what to do next. So between all of this i had no phone and wasting my time by going into the Branch and with me been at home with my 17th month old son it not safe what happens if something goes wrong and also I want a credit from the first time this has happen. I am not the only one that been into a branch with even one of my family members went in to help me but no joy.
