Good Day

I have a problem with my phone bought from Nashua not even 6 months ago. Among one of the problems the phone has is it freezes (this not being the first time i have had to take it in) I have taken my phone to more than three of Nashua's branches and not one staff member took my phone from me to see whats wrong, they just look at me and say that its going to have to be booked in for 4 weeks to see whats wrong. Now i find it ridiculous that, not even one staff member even bothered to take my phone and just have a look to see if maybe they can sort it out. I am a young business woman and can not afford to book my phone in for four weeks.

The service i received did definitely not adhere to what Nashua's standards are portraying to supposedly be. I have two contracts signed with Nashua and i am regretting ever switching over to them.

My phone is not even 6 months old and it is supposed to be one of the best phones on the market, their personal are supposed to be trained in fixing problems not creating them for customers. I am a very unsatisfied customer and I hope that by me bringing it to your attention, some solution can be brought forward. And not by wasting 4 weeks!!
