Extream Poor sevice

Our internet is down. Phoned them to look into the problem. We asked until what time they are open and they told us 00:00. I have been on the telephone for 30 min and still they are boring me with their stupid ads which I find very uninteresting. Why should we be happy with this lack of service? They really need to step up their game. I wish that i didn't had to use them. They just!!! It is ridiculous.
