HELP NEEDED PLEASE

Hi there, I am trying to get hold of Telkom via EMAIL, as my phone line isn't working. I took a photo of the wires, so that Telkom can let me know if this is something to log as a fault, but there's no email address anywhere and I can't get through by phone!

I have logged a fault, but again there's no way for me to communicate to ASK QUESTIONS and the link to the fault logging terms and conditions is broken, so I have clicked that I read and agree, when really there is NO WAY for me to read the terms!!

Please can someone get hold of me via email so that i can ask my questions and send my photo of the dodgy wiring...??
