Pathetic service yet again!!

My account was in arrears for 3 months and I acknowledge that I was wrong, however I made countless calls to cellc making arrangements that I will make payment on a specific date which I did. The consultant requested that we deposit the money instead of waiting for the debit order which was done to. Now cellc has still debited my account which means I paid twice. I called the pre legal department only to have a rude consultant tell me its not her problem and slam the phone down on me! Pathetic is not the word to describe cellc and sadly this is not the first time we experiencing such service! Wake up cellc
