Afrihost: Pool Service!!!

I attempted to migrate my ADSL line from Telkom 2 weeks ago. I received confirmation that order was received. 2 weeks later I call to inquire on the progress only to find out that they had a problem with the migration 2 weeks ago and have not done anything since. All the assistant on the phone can do is tell me what there "screen is showing them and can forward it to me". I now have to now contact telkom and try and sort their problem out!!! NOT HAPPY!!! Is it too difficult for them to pick up the phone and call and say there is a problem??? Guess so!!! So much for the "Best experience ever"!!!
