I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WITH AUTOPGAE, FIRSTLY THEY DID A MIGRATION N THE 13/08/2013 WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND THERE WAS A DEVICE CHARGED TO MY CELL NUMBER, SECONDLY I WAS CONVERTED TO PREPAID AND AGAIN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I STILL DONT HAVE AN ANSWER AS TO WHAT HAPPENDED, AS FROM I KNOW I STILL HAD FREE AIRTIME NOW THAT AUTOPAGE HAS CONVERTED ME TO PREPAID I DONT HAVE FREE AIRTIME. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED.
THIS IS NOT MY FIRST PROBLEM WITH AUTOPAGE, IT SEEMS AS IF SOME OF THE AGENT ARE UNSURE OF THEY ARE DOING. EVERYTIME I MUST LOG A REQUEST AND SOMEHOW VANNOT GET HOLD OF A MANAGER TO ESCALATE MY PROBLEM, I REQUESTED SIYABONGA MADIDA TO INFORM HIS MANAGER WHO IS IRIS DUBUROOY TO CONTACT ME BECAUSE HE IS UNABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH MY ESCALATION:
