I will never use MTN Ever again

I have been using 0785287116 from March 2009, lost my nokia 1616 in May, I've been trying to do sim swap ever since bought a lot o sim cards I even was ordered to fax my affidavit certified copy of my ID to 0837057868 on the 08/08/2013. I called today I was told to re-do everything again who the do MTN think I am? I've been nothing but loyal. Watch me as I'll recommend my family & friends to cell c. MTN service & I don't see myself using MTN Ever again in my life. Sim swap shouldn't be so hard, your services are horrifying. I lost businesses as most people knew me by that number.
