The very bad service that MTN is rendering to its pre paid customer thus go, my daughter lost her sim card on the 24 May 2013 she then phones Mtn customer services to process a sim swap however she was advised that she had failed the authetication process. We then phone the call centre and spoke to a certain lady who refered us to fax through documents to Nokukhanya on 0866969232 it was ad affidavit, certified copy of ID and the new sim card. we have been faxing thse documents evere since and again on the 18/06/2013 ad again for the last time on 21/06/2013. when i phone the agent on Friday nite the agent who picked up was not willing to work instead gave attitude and HUNG UP on me whilst i was on a call. Then my daughter phone on saturday and she was told 72 was the waiting and when we phoned today we wrere advised that the sim card has expired. IS THIS THE WAY ON HOW MTN I DONT CARE TREAT PEAOPLEWHEN THEY WANT TO DO THEIR SIM SWAP after all the things that they requested and at the end they dont care. The number in question is.
