SIM SWAP

I have been using the company cell phone for the passed 5 years and I lost the phone two months ago. i managed to get a signed company letter that allows me to do a sim swap but was told that only my director can do it. a colligue of mine lost the company cell phone but managed to get a sim swap at the same branch without any hussle. i went to confront them today and they told me that my coligue had a sad story to tell. this is my second month without the cell phone and i had to buy another one to continue with my work while the company is paying for the services we dont get.
