Sim swap DISASTER!!

I lost my cell phone, went to buy a new cell phone and when I tried to sim swap vodacom referred me to RMCS who claim that I am their client. After contacting RMCS who complied a reference letter to give to vodacom, vodacom referred me again to Jet whom are tithe once who were associates with RMCS during the time I had an account with them. Now for the second time I am in the sim swap nightmare, my businesses were registered using my number that is seemingly owned by RMCS. I HAVE LOST MY BUSINESSES and a lot of opportunities because of this RMCS. My account with Jet was closed long time ago. Referred to Jet by RMCS and Vodacom to be able to get a sim swap, how much more loss do I have to endure before this people realize the damage that they are causing by owning my number without acknowledging the criticality of having an access to the phone. They are enjoying send me from pillar to post whilst all that we agreed from the initial stage was just a trial for six months... Now my life is ruined forever I am currently two weeks without receiving any correspondents business and private due to this Mary go round they to not consider that time is many time is limited...
