I DID A SIM SWOP ON TUESDAY (13/08/2013 AT 13H48) AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE PROCESS TAKES ANYTHING BETWEEN 2 AND 24 HOURS TO BE FINALISED. ON WEDNESDAY 14H48 I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE ENQUIRING WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS AND THEY ADVISED THAT THE REQUEST IS STILL PENDING, I ASKED WHAT THE TURNAROUND TIME IIS FOR THIS IF IT WAS 24 HOURS AND THAT HAS GONE PAST. THE CONSULTANT REPLIED HE DOES NOT KNOW AND THAT I SHOULD WAIT TILL IT CHANGES. MY BUSINESS IS RUN ON THIS NUMBER AND I CANNOT AFFORD TO CHANGE THE NUMBER AGAIN AS LAST YEAR OCTOBER I HAD TO CHANGE IT DUE TO STAFF'S INCOMPETENCE AND SUFFERED THE LOSS OF BUSINESS. PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY.
