SIM SWOP

I was told by MTN that my sim swop would take 2-24 hours to change over. After nothing happening 31 hours later I called the call center who told me there was nothing they could do and I must just wait!
As far as I am concerned if the Call center can not help you with a sim swop inquiry then do not put me through a security check on the account and do not ask me to take the sim card out for the number on the sim if there is nothing you can do about it.
This is not the first time this has happened when I have needed a sim swop the last time it was not even processed. It is now 53 hours later and I still do not have the sim card up and running!!! The account is not in my own name and need to inconvenience someone else when this needs to be done!
