Can't believe the service!

I applied for a contract phone with cell c direct on the 01 june for the lg optimus l9, and was told it was approved and i will get my phone within 3-7 days, been 2 weeks and im still waiting, so i decided to call the call centre and fikile answered my call telling me they are out of stock! really??? if i had not called who was gonna tell me about the stock, and besides its not my problem as i was promised that it will be delivered within the 7 days, why tell me i wil get the phone if its not in stock? and why do u advertise products you dont have? then the rep was bold enough to tell me that all the shops don't have stock and they can't do anything about it and told me to come to hello peter if i have any complains, im so unhappy with the service as i've been with cell c for 7 years and they don't deliver on what they have promised, i just want my phone delivered is it that hard??
