BAD SERVICE WITH NO RECOURSE

Autopage have now sent a call centre agent Nelisiwe Mthembu who cannot negotiate on Autopage's behalf. They more than likely have a huge call centre dealing with only complaints. None of these agents are able to negotiate any material values on behalf of Autopage. She now wants to escalate to her manager who is pretty much in the same boat as herself. I have requested to speak to higher management as I want out of the one remaining contract with them due to their inefficiency and bad service. Duplicate charges that one needs to spend days on to get reversed. Take away their debit order rights and the merely ignore this and continue to take monies and then revert you to their small print which clearly says a customer has no right to change the debit order instruction.

BEWARE - Do not sign any contracts with Autopage as once this is done, they can charge whatever they like and put one through their paces to try and get credits, refunds etc. They will continue to string you along until you merely have to give up and at no time can you cancel your contract with them as no matter what they do they are never in breach from their side. BEWARE / BEWARE / BEWARE / BEWARE!!!
